The B1004 Ware Road, Widford will be closed over this coming weekend 15th and 16th August for utility connection works.
UKPN and Affinity Water are collaborating under the same road closure to reduce highway occupation.
The road is expected to be closed from 8:00am Saturday until approximately 6:00pm Sunday evening.
A signed diversion via Ware, A1170, A414 and A1184 will be in place.
