Hunsdon Parish Council has submitted its response to the revised planning applications for Village 7 by City & Provincial Properties (as Briggens Estate 1).by City & Provincial Properties (as Briggens Estate 1).
In its response, the Council said:
The Councillors remain disappointed with the application revisions in that an opportunity to address the substantial concerns raised with the original OUT has been passed over. In fact, very little has changed for the better and there are now some additions which raise even more serious objections than before.
We are strongly opposed to permitting Village 7 as a stand-alone development in our Parish as that would be a breach of Policy GA 1 and cause harm in planning terms.
