These two letters are the responses from the joint Neighbourhood Plan Group on behalf of the Parish Councils to the developers’ viability studies for the 7 villages.
They were submitted to the East Herts Development Management Committee for consideration in determining the outline planning applications.
The NPG’s verbal representations to the DMC were based on these letters. The letters now stand as the basis of future engagement with the developers moving into the Masterplanning and Design Code phases.
